At RI NLP ACADEMY, we are committed to providing transformational coaching, NLP training, and mindset programs. We want every student to feel supported and satisfied with their learning journey. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses or services.

1. General Policy

• All purchases of digital programs, online courses, workshops, and coaching sessions are considered final.

• Since our programs contain exclusive intellectual content and immediate access to resources, refunds are generally not provided after purchase.

2. Coaching & Training Programs

• One-on-One Coaching: Once a coaching session is booked and confirmed, cancellations are not eligible for refunds. However, rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours’ prior notice.

• Group Coaching / Workshops: Payments made for group coaching, masterclasses, or workshops are non-refundable.

3. Digital Courses & Programs

• Access to online courses, digital products, or downloadable content is provided instantly after payment.

• Therefore, no refunds are issued once the purchase is complete.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate payment charged due to a technical error.

• Payment processed but service not delivered due to a fault on our side.

In such cases, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Cancellations

• Live Events/Webinars: Once registered, seats are reserved and hence cancellations are non-refundable.

• If an event is canceled by RI NLP ACADEMY, you will be eligible for a full refund or a transfer of your fee to another program of equal value.

6. Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend a program, you may transfer your seat to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.
